You can really see how "hell bent" she was to get to him in these banners.
Your layering is wonderful. And, as usual, I can't pick which variation I like better. I think I'm leaning toward the second one. Just because that shade of red/brown really reminds me of Geonosis and therefore sets the scene even more vividly. Great work.

A great scene to use for artwork. I love the look on her face. She is soooo worried about him. It's wonderfully done. Both are great but I picked the first one as my fave.

Good sense of urgency and motion with the use of the ship.

Woohoo... I love this, Mel. I can't choose which variation I like.. And there goes Padme, off to rescue her true love.

Love them both, and for different reasons. I like the bevel around the first one, giving it a 3d effect and the second's one hint of the Geonosis sands. Fabulous.

@ Natalie – Thank you! This was the first banner I made for the celebration and then I just played around with the coloring. I’m so happy that you like them!!! @ Rosalie – ‘Hell bent’. Awesome use of words there. And, honestly, I think my favorite is the one with the red/brown, too. There’s a bit more contrast there. Thank you for all your compliments. You guys are gonna give me a big head!! I won’t be able to get into my Kia! @ Raefinnscott – It IS a great scene for artwork. I honestly can’t believe that moment had never crossed my mind before. I use it all the time in my videos. She looks more concerned than Anakin, actually. Of course….Anakin’s not secretly in love with Obi-Wan. Depending on what kind of fanfic you’re reading… I’m glad you liked them so much! @ Pronker – I had no idea what I was going to do for the celebration and I just sat in front of the computer, staring at all the pictures. I knew I wanted to make a banner, but had no clue where to begin. The picture of the ship just suddenly jumped out at me. I’m so glad that you saw what I did. ;D @ Lynda – You totally just inspired me on another banner. Or wallpaper. Dangit! I don’t have time for this, Lynda!! *hugs* I’m just kidding. You really did inspire me, though. I’m glad that you like them!! @ Danielle – I really like to use the ‘bevel’ tool, but it seems out of place on some things. I thought it fit the softer version of this banner. I’m really glad that you agree on that point.

These are lovely! The lighting is really beautiful and I love the different pictures all meshed into one.
