Oh my gosh, Melanie! I loved it. I've never heard this version of the song before, but it's lovely. I loved your use of really soft, blending effects. They made your manips look more real and fit the song perfectly. I also love the sense of unrequited love you were able to portray especially with the "Or is someone loving you" bits. Definitely my kind of angst! lol.
And the title you placed at the end? Made me tear up a bit, I have to say. *hugs*

Yay!!!! *dances with joy* I'm so glad you guys like it so far. I've been picking it apart ever since I sent it in and I've already found two scenes I need to fix. Rosalie, the version of the song is from 'Glee'. And I like it better than the original version. Personally. 'Or is someone loving you' was one part of the video that I knew exactly what I wanted to put there as I listened to the song. And it took some serious searching to find a downloadable trailer from 'The Island'. Ah, well. Investigative work is part of the fun of being an Obidala fan, right? Very glad that you liked the end title!! I was putting the words on there and thought.....'Hmmm. This needs a picture.'. It wasn't a very happy one....but it was all I could come up with at the moment. And as far as the words go, I meant every bit of it. *hugs Rosalie back* *hugs Vicky*

Thank you, Natalie!!! I'm happy that you liked it! I'm sure everyone is going crazy with me and my Glee-itis. But I can't help it if they're all such good singers! There were a couple of the manips that, quite frankly, just drove me absolutely insane. So it makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside that they're going over so well. *hugs Natalie* I'm quite huggy today it seems. ;D

Melanie, that was beautiful! I much prefer that version of the song, I've only heard the original before, so it was nice to hear it like this.
The manipped scenes, oh where do I begin? I loved that one where she's in handmaiden gown coming out the door and Obi looks up. And then that one at 1.29 was amazing. And the bit of angst thrown in totally fits the feel of the bittersweet song.
Sigh!

Ah gee.. Mel, is there a better word than awesome? It was so touching, that I have tears in my eyes. The editing and words Obi-Wan and Padme used "I love you", was just perfect. A real gem of a video.

@ Amelia – Thank you! I’m very glad you liked it!! @ April – I captured your attention? A very high compliment, indeed. Thank you very much! I’m glad I could make you smile. @ Danielle – I went back and forth all over the place with the manip at 1:29, so I’m really glad that you mentioned it specifically. It proves I made the right decision. ;D As for the scene where she comes out in the handmaiden gown, it all stemmed from my goal of making a video with just ‘bearded’ Obi-Wan. I really hoped that it would turn out well. *grins* @ Lynda – The ‘I love you’ parts were fun to put together, if a bit frustrating. I’m super happy that you liked the video, although I’m sorry I made you cry. *hugs*
